- "Part" menu -> Compound -> Explode compound

As the others are saying it may be a bug in this version.

Another easy solution:
Use the "set Tolerance value" button from the Defeaturing_Workbench.

You are right, it does not work, the face disappears on the outside, but not on the inside.

I doubt grabcad uses occt, is it originally a step file? could be a bug during import or just a bad file. As for fixing, I suggest cutaway the buggy section and redo:
lala.FCStd
it still has a lot of geometry check errors though.

adrianinsaval, your technique worked for me. This is good! It works even after converting it to a Simple Copy. The simple copy does not give me errors.

Yes, indeed, redesigning this would be better and it is not hard. However, I would like to know how to fix these things quickly because sometimes I find parts with this kind of issue and I don't have too mutch time to redesign everything.

The intersection between the part you have fixed, with the problematic one, is this area highlighted here. So this is the problematic point.
