Difficulty unfolding a part

I am relatively new to freecad and am trying to unfold this part I was tasked with and can not seem to be able to figure it out. if someone could explain I could really use the help

unfortunately, this file is not usable as it is, it is not a native Fc
moreover Fc sheetmetal only unfolds parts without stampings
this small part is quickly easy to redraw (without stampings to have the cutting and bending plan
after unzipping, the file is just a little too big to be attached (1.016 Mo)
