Is it possible to have links to open Parts (within the current document or also from external documents) from the Spreadsheet?
For instance, I have a bill of material generated automatically. There is one item that I don't remember what it is, I would like to improve this behavior of my BOM by having links where I can click them to open that file in Freecad.
Is it possible?

Re: Links to Parts in the Spreadsheet
Does someone know if Spreadsheet support links to other FCStd files?
Re: Links to Parts in the Spreadsheet
See in Expressions the section about cross document links.
A Sketcher Lecture with in-depth information is available in English, auf Deutsch, en français, en español.
Re: Links to Parts in the Spreadsheet
Thanks Chrisb. I am thinking that this can help building a better bill of materials.
Re: Links to Parts in the Spreadsheet
The wiki does not explicitly say I can have a cell with something like a hyperlink to a file or a part in another file.

You can take a look at the files in this post.

I create a Master spreadsheet and link to it from various parts all the time. You can link from the part directly or link it to another spreadsheet. The only thing to be careful of is that you can't link to a spreadsheet and then link from that spreadsheet back to the original spreadsheet with a result or FreeCAD has an issue with it. The links need to be one way.
To link them, just have the file with the spreadsheet open in your tree, and in the expression builder, you can just start typing the part name, then the spreadsheet name, and then the cell or alias.

Re: Links to Parts in the Spreadsheet
I am also thinking this is not possible, yet.
Thanks, I am going to check the thread you are pointing me to check.
In summary, what I am to do is to have a link in the cell, that targets an Object in the current file, or in another file.
For instance:
I would like to have a Cell that says PartName with a Hyperlink the "@FileName#Partname", and then when I click on this link. If the file is the current file, it shows/highlights the Part, if it is ins another file, it opens the file (if not opened) and then shows/highlights the Part there.

I know you can link to another spreadsheet, but I am not aware of a way to add a hyperlink to add a selection from.
I do however see the value to that as I agree being able to create a BOM with prices would be very useful.
