Angle between two points with respect to a third?

Angle between two points with respect to a third?

According to the tooltip for the angle constraint in Sketcher, that constraint works for the "angle of a line or angle between two lines". It doesn't seem possible to constrain the angle between two points with respect to a third. Is there a way around this?

Use construction geometry.
