sketch not padding

Not sure what I am doing wrong but I can't seem to pad my circle sketch to the outer face. Please assist. Getting a multiple solid error...

The error is self explanatory, there is a strict single solid rule in PD WB.

You are trying to pad a cylinder NOT in contact with the Pad.

If you change 50um to -50um, you can pad it because you will get ONE continuous solid.
