Latest Development Build has a problem.

Using Part Design > New Sketch and making a circle or arc with less than 1 mm radius, setting the radius requires entering a "0" (zero) into the datum field before the decimal point, such as 0.75. In the release version, one need only enter .75 and the value is accepted.

Is this new behavior intended / needed, or is this a minor bug that should have a ticket?

I would say this is a side-effect of the patch jriegel has merged yesterday.
