Code: Select all

OS: Windows 10 Version 2009
Word size of FreeCAD: 64-bit
Version: 0.20.1.29410 (Git)

Python 3.8.10, Qt 5.15.2, Coin 4.0.1, Vtk 8.2.0, OCC 7.6.3
Locale: English/United States (en_US)
Installed mods:
  * 3D_Printing_Tools
  * ArchTextures
  * CADExchanger
  * CurvedShapes 1.0.4
  * Curves 0.6.1
  * fasteners 0.4.24
  * fcgear
  * InventorLoader 1.3.0
  * kicadStepUpMod 10.16.5
  * pcb
  * POV-Ray-Rendering
  * Render 2022.3.0

  * WebTools

Here what's occurring each time.
When I'm completing the path, a small aperture is created into it, disrupting everything. Not any idea "why".

Here the project please:

I also remade (just finished few minutes ago) the base sketch which is the path of that object.
And I constrained the round corners to be tangent to the sides.
but I still get this issue and I have not clue what I'm doing wrong.

the constraints are badly made: there are rays which do not have a tangent connection, but angular
the addPipe is always perpendicular to its path so if the path is angular, the Pipe will be open

Thank you so much. Evidently also in the changes I have mande some minute ago, I did something wrong again.
I will remake it giving priority to tangency and then fixing the other measures.

yes, it is the rule (unwritten, and undocumented by the relentless of the video) to make the geometric constraints first, and the dimensions after

:idea:
KISS ! keep it stupidly simple.
XY-plane for the opening face.
Don't know why your file is so heavy.

But why ? It seems doing a hole longer than needed do not change the file size.
Or because it's doing 2 holes far from each other inside the same action ?
