I'm wondering if there are some ready to use tools to design cabinet furniture?
Hi there Fat-Zer, Welcome to FreeCAD and the forum.
Probably not in the way your thinking, no. Now that is not to say there is anything stopping you from developing some 3D templates and such of your own and reuse them as needed. If your completely new to 3D solid modeling in general and FreeCAD, then I would suggest first learning some basics before trying to jump right in and model a chest of drawers with dovetail joints and roman ogee trim.
FreeCAD is not an overly hard program to use, but it does require a bit of effort to learn the basics. None of us here learned how to use FreeCAD overnight. (well, maybe normandc(
), but that's another story)
A good place to start would be with some YouTube video tutorials. You can start with a set that one of our noted contributes bejant has put together - FreeCAD Tutorials In Viewing Order
and from there a quick search of youtube for FreeCAD Tutorials will turn up a lot of results. There is also the tutorial section in the FreeCAD Wiki - Tutorials
Once you get a grasp of the basics, you'll come to realize that the answer to your question will end up being that FreeCAD is full of tools ready to use to model cabinet furniture and darn near most anything else you can imagine.
