This does not seem to be very complicated and yet you have no responses.
I propose to move it to the help forum expecting that the community will build this model. In return you can make a donation to FreeCAD.

I'd be happy to do that, can you move it for me?

Great, I'll get the calipers out in the morning and get dimensions over to you . Was hoping to learn how to do this along the way so having a tutorial I can follow would be amazing. Send me a PM with your thoughts about compensation, appreciate your help. CheersHarryGeier wrote: ↑Mon Oct 15, 2018 5:01 am Mike, i do it for you.

Let me know if I missed anything. Tough piece to measure, all measurements in mm.
This is a "window glide", they fit in each corner of a horizontal sliding window in my home, 4 per window. The critical dimension is the overall width (20.75mm) which it the width of the track the sliding window sits in. This width keeps the window centered side to side so that the narrow rolling wheel on the frame rides correctly on the narrow track in the frame which allows the window to glide back and forth to open and close. There are indents on the sides of the sliding frame where the edges clip in, and a hole to accept the tall clip that is offset from center.
I can shoot a few photos of the frame with one of these glides installed if it would be helpful to visualize how the glide functions
ETA: the image has been cutoff on the R side, the cropped dimension is 1.69mm

Re: need CAD file developed for a small piece
here is a first draft. Print it and see if it fit´s , then we can rework and add some filltes to make smoother etc..
You can tell me what to change, or try on your own. Just play with the constraint values.
If you want a new stl from a changed design, use the mesh design wb and make mesh from the pad , export and print it..
