Paid job for simple task

I need a STL model of a Sprinter van modified and exported as a STP. I'm a completely new to freeCAD so I'm willing to pay someone a reasonable amount to complete this task. I'm having issues converting it to a solid body I believe because there are multiple bodies (the wheels are separate from the main vehicle). I need the output stp file to be a solid body or surfaces, preferably both. Please let me know how much you request and how you'd prefer payment (Venmo/Paypal). I've uploaded the STL at the Google drive link below (I couldn't here due to file size limitation)
