Select "hidden" Sub-Objects

„pick through„

The best way (for me) is with style like Maya (Alt+Mousbutton for navigation), go over an object, rotate the scrollwheel and highlight one object after the other (object, face, curve, point). Is an object highlighted you can select it.

I think select something from a list would slowdown the workflow.
