It doesn't seem to respect the location setting in preference. I've set it to bottom-right and it moves when I apply.
If close and restart FreeCAD, it's back in top right position even though preference is still set to bottom right.

Yes. the same here. The navicube does not have memory in preferences.

Anyway. This NaviCube is just really nice. I love it :)

I finally had the opportunity to try it, it's so cool.
It works perfectly, thanks to developer and wmayer for fixing the bugs!

I would like to suggest some little improvements:
  • option to set the size of the cube, when using HDPI monitors the cube is really small and not very usable
  • it would be great to have 3 little buttons for "home" position, fit all, and fit selection instead have to browse the dropdown (at the end the cube improves the user experience so these command are so commonly used and IHMO they have sense to be where I suggest them to be placed
In case you like the idea, here you have 3 suggested icons ;)

.. is there a possibility
- to integrate View - "Toggle axis cross" into the NaviCube menue (default on),
- or better give toggle_axis_cross an own one-click icon in the bar (configurable via preferences)
I am using e.g. the "big" axis cross and mouse maneuvering much much more than Navicube.
And the little axis cross in the right down corner (configurable via preferences) is only useful for orientation at a glance.
