For the sha256, is it just a link to a text file on GitHub? If so then it can be easily added using an <a> tag.

As for hiding the .php extension, I am not sure how that can be achieved.

Yes, that should work fine as well. A collapsible div below the download buttons that contains all the SHA256 links.
