for windows it would be nice to have also the Conda Py3/Qt5 package
I am not familiar with the Conda Py3/Qt5 package, I checked the wiki page at
https://www.freecadweb.org/wiki/Install_on_Windows but there isn't any info on it, perhaps you can share a link to it that I can include.

Now there are 9 options to select from and much more text added. An average person likely will struggle.
There were a couple more options in the wiki, but I didn't include it
. The information is indeed quite a lot and I can see that it would not be a good experience for newcomers. Maybe the information can be condensed further or perhaps its best to leave all that info in the wiki and provide a link to it.

Perhaps it would be good to have an "above the fold" section with OS icons and labels, which one could click to jump to the point in the page describing ways to get FreeCAD on that OS. That would also allow the text to be widened/use more space and breathe a little.
I realized that having three columns was not a good idea, there wasn't enough space for the text. So I reduced it down to two, maybe now it is a little better. As for having separate links above, I will test such a layout.
