P.S. My personal opinion is that people simply can't wait to see the LinkStage3 overlay interface in FC master. By testing and reporting your findings in the announcement post were inching closer to that https://forum.freecadweb.org/viewtopic. ... &start=120

Is this UI actually available with 0.19 daily or the realthunder branch?

I'm sure I've missed it, but, I can't find any reference on how to actually try it...

How feasible would it be to have a 1-click setting that jumps over all the steps you lay out in the LinkStage3 customization video to enable overlay and shadowing etc... all the nice realthunder goodies?

Ok, I completely missed that the videos included instructions, I thought they were examples of how people used it so never thought to watch.

Well, your English is way better than my <insert language here>. Any language that I had any fluency with is long since forgotten...other than swear words.


To make it very clear you could change this:

"If you use Freecad 0.19 master:"

to:

"These two videos explain how to use this functionality with the 0.19 master branch and the LinkStage3 branch.

If you use Freecad 0.19 master:"
