There is this: TechDraw_Roadmap, some items in Mantis, a few items in TechDraw Forum and my own "todo" list.
I can pm the todo list if you think it would be helpful.

There is nothing in the way of a priorized list.

Painting of highlight in BaseView should be improved by this: git commit 449dbe13.

TD list of IMO needed impovements (I didn't checked you develope list):

- screen Panning by Scroll Mouse Button not LMB
- detach of perspective view - now is only autodistribution on off
- first select dimension tool then edge/point - as in sketcher, and esc break selection else still dimensioning
- sketching tools
- center line, cross
- after selection of length dimension - after press "tab" button it switch to horizontal/vertical/distance dimension
- detail circle (small) steering by mouse
- cross section line steering by mouse
- add break view
- broken out section - but this need sketch tools (to choose spline or box region)
- auxliary view by angled edge
- someone asked for ordinate dimensioning
- hole table
- welding symbol creator
- tolerances/basic dimension and paranthesis
- after rotation of object there shoud be option of projection - when I rotate and then back to ProjGroup I cannot project it, only descritpion appears (bug?)

PS. I have also some problems with section view. When I click for example "Looking left" others icons are getting grey and I cannot change anything (flip side or toggle to up/down).

Press the reset button at the bottom of the dialog box, then you can change what ever you want.

Yes I found it later - it works, cannot this be integrated somehow? (no additional button)
