[FIXED] v0.18 TechDraw Broken in Places

I messed something up deep inside TechDraw and I'm having trouble finding the problem. Basic functionality should be ok, but section face highlighting and detail views are definitely messed up.

Will let you know when it is fixed.

this should be fixed by git commit 295bb8fa8, which is in master.

should be available in daily builds shortly.
