Template Grid Shows Through Object After Scaling

Hi would it be possible to verify this? I insert view of center objects and they are good. Then when I scale to 75% (doesn't seem to matter of percentage) the grid on my template shows through on two corners of the guards. Tried with different visibility settings in main drawing. Not a big problem as I can switch to my no grid template. Also had to set arbitrary value for bolt hole to bottom and can't seem to get radius/diameter of bolt holes but probably error on my end but last two updates borked my sketcher, once it is back I will see what my error on that is.

Happens here with any scale != 1.0. The fillet is not detected as a Face for some reason - could be the little arc in the upper right.
