I mean, to choose what is on top or at the bottom?

Ohhh. I found the solution. Moving the elements in the tree view panel to the top of the page.

Generally, stacking is in creation order.

I didn't know it was possible to move tree entries about like this, except for into/out of Groups or Bodies.

Can't recommend this practice. When I do it things fall off the page or get corrupted and nasty error messages appear.
