Thanks for this post documenting many workarounds for missing features needed in FreeCAD TechDraw! It is unfortunate, that many of them require a lot of manual effort, and adding such automated features to TechDraw would need a considerable coding effort. But, at least, we now know where we should aim when adding features to TD!

I thank "@aapo" for the words expressed, doing these things for the good of FreeCad "is a duty of the whole Community" (at least to repay him for his gratuity) and then it is also a moral and ethical duty, for all humanity , disseminate and make our experiences and knowledge free! Hello,

great tutorial.
But with Assemblys in AS4 this is not working.
Is this working method with AS2plus possible?
Or musst i export the assembly as stp and re import it to make assembly drawings?
