Not sure if this has been asked before, but can the detail "circle" be changed to a rectangle?

Hello,

yes, that's possible. From the TechDraw_DetailView:
The Detail view can be displayed within a round or square view box. This is controlled by the preferences setting Detail View Outline Shape.
It's at the bottom of my screenshot:

Which reminds me that I still have some stuff on my to do list I'd like to add to the Wiki, especially regarding TechDraw... :roll:
