I'm making an electrical / hydraulic floorplan for a kitchen following sliptonic's video tutorials on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7LbOmSG ... eNrK_Mcln8 ... with that I assumed it was the right way to go ...
I'm at the last step, I have a template, a properly scaled floorplan in a view, the legend of all used electrical symbols with explanation on the side (trough .svg symbols) and am trying to place the sockets and switches on the floorplan with their measurements ...
how would I do that ... I figure .svg symbols is not the way, although I managed to have them where I want, there is no way to get them 'sized up' ...

Re: symbol or other part over the view with measures
Combo view : Data : Scalethere is no way to get them 'sized up' ...
Add TechDraw_CosmeticVertex.with their measurements ...
You can also create a sketch with very small circles (with constrain or not) and add this sketch in your Techdraw view.
