Depending on the orientation you change the X, Y, or Z value of the Section Plane Location.

Thank you. I think I didn't express it well. In fact, looking down from the height of 6000, as of 3000, the current setting will display the section under 3000,

You can have views of different objects or different steps of the same object.
You can add cutting steps of your object and add this view.

There is no function to take a draw a slice of an object. You'd have to make the slice in the 3d model first.
The other option is to hide the lines you don't like by setting them invisible with TechDraw_DecorateLine.
