Thank you very much for your fast reply! Very interesting how the workflows can differ from each other. I've stayed within the PartDesign workbench (except for a clone and fillet operations to finish Phase 2, see below). My workflow: I've sketched the hole in the center first, did the half of an arm (including the radius between the arms - I think you did that too), did a multitransform (mirror to get a full arm and polar pattern to get three arms), created a pocket for the counterbore, plar pattern to get three counterbores, groove to shap the arms, half of a pocket inside one arm, multitransform (mirror to get a full pocket in one arm and polar pattern to get that pocket in all three arms) and fillet time.

I was able to apply all fillets by following your advice regarding applying the fillets in the sketches if possible. I tend to do this myself too but didn't in this case at the beginning. But I had to create a clone and use the fillet operation from the part workbench to apply all fillets. I had to fillet each arm using a single fillet operation too (one edge from the top face and one edge from the bottom face).

This is what I've cloned (= where I've left the PartDesign workbench):

Unfortunately, the geometry check is failing on me too:

Yeah, if I were to model it again I would use the groove tool instead of a boolean of two bodies. That is where my model fails geometry check, probably because of co-planar faces. If I slightly increase the outer radius of the revolve so that it is not tangent to the leg then the boolean checks OK. The next fail in check geometry is, interestingly enough, due to the fillet on the outer perimeter as shown in the image.

.
In any event, you ended up with a great looking model.

Thank you very much! I'm going through all the models now - just finished 2019. This time without any "fillet issues".
