I definitely have the Conda issue on my system as well. Started looking at it, but it looks like a tricky one to debug and since blueCFD sadly doesn't seem to be maintained any more, I don't feel it's worth putting too much effort into this issue if it's not going to be our long term solution.

Having said that, the switch to the Docker version of OpenFOAM hasn't gone too well. There seem to be a whole lot more system compatibility issues introduced by the virtualisation. I would like to use OpenCFD's MinGW installation instead, but unfortunately it does not allow compiling of user code on Windows (which we need for HiSA and cfMesh). I'm holding thumbs that they add that in version 2012 next month; if not, I may look at some other options instead of Docker.
