Thanks everyone for the input.

I find the Cartesian meshing better as well EXCEPT edge detection. It falls over here, where as gmsh finds edges first go even at the lowest resolution.

On this point, having an option to set the edge detection using the surface feature extract would be very handy to have.

I’m loving the progress so far though thanks!
