Is there a way to calculate the Aerodynamics of a object(drag ,lift stability etc)?

Yes check the cfd add-on(s). They are based on openFOAM.

Yes. There is know the new developed HISA-solver available for the cfd-of workbench.
for hardcore-aerodynamics... :)
