Windows compatibility issue

I am new to FreeCAD. Trying to install FreeCAD version 0.19.2.7b5e18a. 64-Bit on Windows 10 Home version 20H2. Can't run the installer.

Is there anything more you can tell us? Error messages? Hardware? No mouse installed to double click?
