Are there more information available about them?

What I miss is some version check. For example Debian. Which Debian version are the dependencies for. Furthermore some FreeCAD version or commit id, to know for which FreeCAD should these dependencies work?

The information are needed IMHO. If not something like this will happen ... totally outdated ... https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD/tree/master/vagrant
