always when download FreeCAD Download stops at 99% .
also tried different PC,
Different Download Manager,
Different Browser.
any Help ?
i suggest making a Mirror Location somwhere.

Please give us more details like the URL of the download page (probably the one from the FreeCAD website, but that's not always the case), your OS and the FreeCAD version if it's not the current stable 0.17.13519.
