Why is 0.17 Mac installer still stuck to rev 13519?

Hey Mac packagers,

It seems that you solved your Mac packaging problems and 0.18_pre Mac builds have resumed.

Is there a reason why the 0.17 Mac release was not updated to match its Windows and AppImage counterparts?
