file icon issue after upgrading to 0.18.1

Hello, after upgrading to 0.18.1 there is not anymore the file icons.
I mean, in the prevuois releases I use the option to save the thumbnail of the project, that was the icon of the file. But after upgrade I've not the preview of the drawing.
