Std_* commands not in freecad.qch

The current compiled Help file (freecad.qch) does not contain the documentation for the Std_* commands.
One reason is perhaps that the std_Base link was missing from Online_Help_Toc until recently. But I am not sure as it was missing for quite a few years.
