When I click to open Help I get error message:
Error creating collection file C:/Program Files/FreeCAD 0.19/doc\freecad\freecad.qhc
In that file location I have freecad.qhc 2/24/2021 8:22 PM 580 KB
My Installer file is FreeCAD-0.19.2.7b5e18a-WIN-x64-installer1.exe 557,273 KB
I have uninstalled and reinstallled from fresh download, same file name and KB
Help works fine on my old 0.18 install

In the download section is a zipped "doc" file, I think you'll need this.

I had the same error message. The problem is that administrator rights are required to add a directory
when the program is installed in the default "Program Files" tree.

Do this:
Close FreeCAD
Reopen it with "administrator rights" (right click the icon, select run as administrator).
When the program opens, press Help->Help.
-- The help directory will be created; the help files will be installed automatically; and the help files will open.
Close the program and reopen it as standard user.
-- Now the help file system will now open for you.
