The last version that supports 32-bit for Windows is FreeCAD version 0.18.

Look down this page for the released versions.

Many of the libraries used in FreeCAD stopped supporting 32-bit a few years ago. That is why there are no longer any FreeCAD 32-bit versions.

I thought it was just because nobody bothered building them for 32 bits? If you need a newer version and don't mind switching OS debian has 32bit builds in their repos.

I won't swear to it, but I believe I have seen discussion on the forum that FreeCAD would still provide 32-bit Windows versions if it was possible. (I have not had a 32-bit computer for a long, long time so I don't pay much attention.)
