old-style tab display in LibPack builds

old-style tab display in LibPack builds

I notice that the Libpack builds for 0.19 at Github look old-style. In contrary the Conda builds look more than an average program looks in Windows 10.

Here is a screenshot as comparison:

You can see that the tabs and also the toolbar handles are displayed as it was the default in Windows 7. Maybe there is a setting to make the LibPack-builds look more modern like Conda?
