Please remember that this was done in a hurry at 3 in the morning my time when I was dog tired. It is based on my approximate dimensions as attempted to be measured by myself on myself with a builder's steel tape measure, not the easiest of tasks , so is way inaccurate. It is messy, possibly has errors etc.
I added one finger complete with joints on the hand. Mostly that's likely to be to much detail.
The "extrude" is to the width of my hand, across my knuckles at the base of my fingers and the "pad" is the approximate width of my shoulders. These dimensions can be relevant for some applications but also being padded or extruded makes it easier to see in 3d mode.
The file is neither zipped or tared so just delete the ".zip.tar" extensions and "Bob's your uncle"!
