Re: Thread tracking FreeCAD & QGIS integration
So I checked out the thread and noted it was closed, with the suggestion to continue on the developer mailing list.
I have since done that. You can follow it here:
http://osgeo-org.1560.x6.nabble.com/QGI ... 37327.html
It's generated a little interest, at least for the time.

I'm looking that threads again and it seems nearly all of them are in my to-do list. I completed some of them but there's a lot to do.

Re: Thread tracking FreeCAD & QGIS integration
Just stay the course. You've got your own use cases to help you implement those features, which is enough. We've talked about better QGIS integration for years, but I think we need a clear use case from the GIS side that is within our reach before we try any formal GIS integration...HakanSeven12 wrote: ↑Mon May 11, 2020 9:40 pm I'm looking that threads again and it seems nearly all of them are in my to-do list. @Joel_graff looks like it is generating some excitement. Hopefully there is a Joel_graff and HankanSeven12 in the QGIS world that are building the other side of the bridge towards us as well

Re: Thread tracking FreeCAD & QGIS integration
I hope so. I don't need more work at the moment.

Re: Thread tracking FreeCAD & QGIS integration
For now, I have enough things in my list But I think when we finished Trails maybe it can sustain GIS related workflows.Joel_graff wrote: ↑Tue May 12, 2020 10:53 am Just stay the course.
