[proposal] Add option to disable turntable rotation constraint

Hi everyone,

I would like to make a code proposal for this feature as it is still needed.
I did it localy by replacing the Turntable code for testing and it seems to work (there is still a very small unwanted rotation that makes the z axis not vertical over time but the feeling is closer to Blender anyway).

I then tried to add an Orbit Style but the new option won't show in the drop-down.
Can I have some advice on where to look for a solution ?
