Edit: OK, I've pushed it.
Great. As for the homepage (https://www.freecadweb.org/) now all performance related suggestion are in use (https://tools.pingdom.com/) and basically all content from the homepage should be cached on user side (https://www.giftofspeed.com/cache-checker/). Hopefully therefore after first homepage page visit end users should see some performance related improvements.

As for the hosting.
These are the specs: 2 GB RAM, 2 vCPUs, 60 GB storage, 3 TB transfer, $15/mo
How much space are we currently using, is 60 GB enough? Are the specs of current hosting plan known? As for the bills. Therefore currently there is a donation button tied to an account that pays the bills. And we don't know much about how much per month? Or we do know that? Is anybody notified if the bill wouldn't be paid or only @jriegel has such access?

P.S. As for the expectations. I feel that if we can keep Forum, Wiki and Issue tracker up an running and maintained in foreseeable future. That is in my opinion more than enough. Fulfilling all other expectations is in my opinion less important.
