v0.17 UI translation

I report some elements that are not translatable in version 0.17 13325

PART
Main menu: Measure
Part menu: Primitives, Join + sub, Split + sub, Compound + Compound filter, Attachment...
Also, the description in the Join drop-down menu is missing

OpenSCAD
To view the translations, first set the English language, then set the desired language, otherwise the translations do not appear. The WB seems untranslated.

They are there in v0.16

OpenSCAD
To view the translations, first set the English language, then set the desired language, otherwise the translations do not appear. The WB seems untranslated.

I can reproduce with my existing FreeCAD profile. But with new user.cfg and system.cfg files, FreeCAD loads in French, and the OpenSCAD menu displays in French as it should at first load.

My impression, and I won't speak for yorik, but this is what I've been told by yorik is that in regards to workbenches and other part of FC that need translation...we wait till after 0.17 is released. This is because we've already pushed translation changes for the translators several times in this cycle. So I imagine that most of the needs will be bumped to after 0.17 is released.

I also was thinking it may be an idea to have the crowdin translations available via the addon manager...where updates to translations could be pulled in if the user chooses so. That way they don't have to wait for the next release to get the most up to date translations. (See https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD-addons/issues/68 )
