Are you sure you are using latest version of trails? Because this file names old. So Im thinking you are using old version of trails.

Yes Latest
I deleted Trails and down loaded a fresh copy from git hub of Trails, Pivy  and Support :
Unzip them as follow:
Trails ==> C:\Users\me\AppData\Roaming\FreeCAD\Mod
pivy_trackers   ==> C:\Users\me\AppData\Roaming\FreeCAD\Mod\trails\pivy_trackers
freecad_python_support ==> C:\Users\me\AppData\Roaming\FreeCAD\Mod\trails\pivy_trackers\support\core

NO LUCK ==> ERROR
