All the grids, changed to "+ symbolic grid".
+ symbolic grid, it is the perfect grid.

I understand the grid, but what do you want to discuss here in "Open discussion"?
A Sketcher Lecture with in-depth information is available in English, auf Deutsch, en français, en español.

This is just sharing, not necessarily to discuss.

There are no reasons for opposition.

I don't like grids at all. Which mean at least 1 reason for opposition.

If i would use a grid i prefer a Major - minor lines grid above dots or + or ....
one of the reasons is that this is also valid for non-carthesian coordinate systems like polar/ cylindrical or spherical ones!

I think this type of grid would be a nice option for the user to choose from. Already there are options for solid, dotted, and dashed.
