request, make the block constraint not delete other constraints

I make a sketch with some constraints, say symmetry. I drag it to a good size and want to use the block constraint on everything to freeze the sizes, but this deletes the symmetry constraint and I think that is bad. If i want to change sizes I need these.

If you automatically remove redundant constraints, it's expected, that the symmetry is removed.
You probably shouldn't use block constraint anyway, if you want to move things later.
