IMHO it's not bothering at all, contrary it' a very important topic, crucial for the evolving status of FCAD as Opensource project excellence at a new level. Now it's a bazar, and it's supermegacool what has accomplished with this model, but it can be also a cathedral :-)

What need FCAD to improve and become an excellence inte OSS Application panorama like Blender, Ardour, etc etc?

Not only money and volunteers, IMHO. FCAD maybe needs improving and managing the organisation it self, some sort of structure, it's not a bad thing. Just my two cents, of course :-)
