add to part design the "surface design"

i feel useful to add to part design (solid modeling) the surface modeling that in certain cases is more efficent.

the surface design works like solid one, it creates surfaces by extrusion, by revolving, by sweep and by loft, filling sufaces with constraint boundary (curves, lines, vertex). Features to join and cut surfaces among them and make solid a close object

Could you provide an example where those tools don't meet your needs and what would be the specificity of the surface modeling ?

Something like https://www.freecadweb.org/wiki/Draft_Upgrade but for 3D ?

There should be a surface module. check the addon manager
