Draft WB breaks Mouse Model "Gesture"

Maybe it would make sense to take a look on what is the difference. Anyway, using a shortcut key like H, it's sensible thing to expect, that might introduce shortcut ambiguity, when switching in between workbenches.

P.S. If somebody would make the rotation focus shortcut configurable, then it would be great if the shortcut would be controlled by a QAction with unique object name set. In that case a front end, like the ShortCuts module, would pick it up. In addition there is a plan to better manage shortcut ambiguity in ShortCuts module in the future. For people to get an option, instead of failing silently.
