I am installing freecad using the following commands inside the ubuntu container. Not building from source.

Is there a better ppa I should be using?

v0.19 is planned to be release sometime in April.
Are you planning to port to v0.19?

The docker container I am using can be based on ubuntu 18.04 or 20.04
