Notice the glitch free transparency rendering of the body.

Edit: after using realthunder's branch for a bit I realized that it is jam packed with display enhancements among all the other "under the hood" new features so if anyone has any cool screenshot to share feel free to post here. This could be such a beutiful display of features for his development branch.

Thank you guys but this is all realthunder's merit. Have you seen the direction that this is taking?

WOW.....just beutiful. Have you tried the spot light? In my opinion gives beautiful shadows of a better quality than the default light. My screenshots use the spot light. It is just a bit dificult to control the position and orientation.

Hi. I tried with the Spot light. But I cannot get a good effect of shadows.
You can test lights with some FreeCAD building recreations from here: https://wiki.osarch.org/index.php?title ... in_FreeCAD

Thank you for the links. Bare in mind that I never seriously used the arch workbench so I must be getting something wrong. Using the latest realthunder build I get allot of errors when opening the models but that surely must be because of changes in the freecad core code. The problem for me seems to be the scale of the buildings. If I move the ground position(z axis) up by just 1mm the ground literrally gows to half of the building height. In my opinion , this scaling issue is there for all the other light parameters (direction and position) making it almost imposible to get the desired effect by moving the light. What do you think?

Mesuring the house from end to end I get 29 millimeters
