In the Part Design workbench, attempting a Boolean Cut with the Placement > Position > x of the first body at a nonzero value can cause the result of the boolean operation to be rotated 90 degrees even though nothing that the user did specified a rotation.

The issue doesn't happen with Boolean Fuse, for example. Also, in my testing, the first body needs to be a solid of revolution in order for the issue to appear.

I can confirm the described behaviour. I added my system information to the bug report.
